What We Did
The owners of this magnificent grade I listed building in Bradford City Centre, needed to optimise the layout in order to unlock the potential of the building. Many of the rooms and spaces were too small and disconnected to attract quality occupiers as they could not be commercially viable. We began by undertaking a full measured survey of the building in order to fully understand the layout and potential opportunities. We then made several suggestions of how the spaces could be sympathetically remodelled
