What We Did
With over 350,000 sq ft on an 11 acre site, it was necessary to develop a master-plan that would rationalise and prioritise a series of proposals. The main anchor for the development was to be a wedding/events venue with a series of additional leisure related uses. It was necessary to produce a vision that would coordinate the different elements and demonstrate the compatibility and viability of the proposal. Careful assessments of the adjacencies enabled a proposal to be developed and formulated. Conveying the quality, essence and vibrancy of the vision was a critical element to win support for this pivotal project.
