What We Did
The original building on this site dates from the late eighteenth century, however it has since been rebuilt and remodelled several times. Last used as offices, the proposal aims to create a mixed use facility of an exclusive restaurant on the ground floor, with hotel bedrooms above. The façade is to be retained as existing, however the rear portion of the building is to be entirely remodelled to improve the layout and quality of accommodation.
