What We Did
This beautifully ornate building was falling into disrepair and became the target of thieves and vandals once it became vacant. The proposal successful achieved planning and listed building consent for a sympathetic conversion of the existing and an additional two new floors at roof level. In addition, the proposal was to create a six storey tower to the northern end of the building. The proposal now secures a sustainable new future for the building, as well as providing desperately needed residential accommodation in the city.
