What We Did
This grade II listed former bank building is located close to the main railway station which helped inform the concept design process. Based on the essence of first class railway dining, this contemporary design capitalises on the historic features to create an enigmatic and captivating space that hints at a bygone era. The layout has been carefully designed to offer a decadent, rich user experience with a range of different zones. The internalised ‘garden’ towards the front has been designed to encourage greater informal lunch time use.
