What We Did
This new-build hotel had originally been designed as offices so it was necessary to create a more distinctive and contemporary elevation treatment. It was also critical to improve the internal layout so that guests had a very welcoming reception that served as a creative interactive space. The brand guidelines were also applied to the room design, to ensure it was consistent with the overall brand. However, these were personalised to a certain degree in response to the building architecture and the location facing the waterfront.
