As part of the national roll-out for Icestone Gelato, this design was adapted to overcome the constraints of a very low ceiling height and lack of service space. The historic setting also demanded an adjusted design that responded to the long narrow floor plan and very limited seating. Modifying and interpreting the brand guidelines was essential to ensure the new design was sympathetic to the building as well as functional.
