What We Did
This scheme revolved around having a low density appearance to the development with undercroft parking and raised deck amenity space. Planning Consent was successfully achieved through the careful use of materials and massing. The nature of the area was reflected in the design of the proposal, with pitched roofs, domestic scale windows and lots of defensive space at ground floor level to improve quality of life for occupants.
