What We Did
Located between two existing buildings, this proposal involved the demolition of an existing two storey building to create a new eight storey building in Sheffield City Centre. This had to be very carefully designed to assimilate with the streetscape and still demonstrate an exciting student offer. The proposal has high quality communal space as well as a very cleverly designed layout that minimised circulation space and stair cores. This helped to make the scheme more viable.
